A. Features of light welding positioners :
1.The rotation structure of positioner is driven by famous brand DC motor, stepless speed regulation can be achieved.
2.It has function of timing and linkage with welders, easy to operate.
3.The turning structure of worm gear has function of self-lock, angle is easy to adjust, tilting angle is accurate, convenient and fast.
4.There is rotation support for rotation part, rolling beads make rotating, improved the working life of the machinery part.
5.Table is made of 45# steel sheet, high hardness, not easy to deforming, there is groove for welding chucks.
6.Welding positioner table can have center through hole, suitable for welding of long and thin workpiece.
7.Earth connecting is adopt copper alloy carbon brush, can protect motor and bearing of welding positioner.
8.Welding torch support, air powered tailstock, welding chuck, welding oscillator ,wire feeders are available for customer's choice.
