1.Product introduction:
Our HBT type rotary welding table, there is positioning block and clamping device on the table, so the workpiece is fixed in a horizontal direction. Rotary table adopts AC frequency conversion speed regulation. Wide speed range, high accuracy, can be in accordance with the required welding speed rotation.Thus greatly improve the weld quality, reducing welder's working intensity and improve labor productivity.
This machine can fit all kinds of automatic welding and manual welding, pipe transverse docking, the pipe end welding and various kinds of axial and plate type, welding cylinder, etc. With compact structure, small volume, beautiful appearance, quality is light, easy to operate, etc. It is the the ideal equipment for different fields of the pressure vessel, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, machinery, metal structure and other industries.
2. Characters:
1, The rotary movement of the worktable:
Can be made in its plane worktable arbitrary direction of rotation. Using the control switch on the electrical box, may provide the positive and negative direction of rotation, pedal switch is used to implement the start or stop turning.The transfer process is: the motor→ belt → 1 the worm gear pair → 2 worm gear pair→ table.Using ac frequency converter speed regulating speed regulation.
2, Machine lubrication:
The machine of worm gear reducer are used lubricating oil, adjusting mechanism and bearing with grease lubrication, lubricating oil and grease should be replaced periodically. Before operation must be filling lubricating oil.30 # machine oil to oil gear box puring hole label on the visible place.
3, welding current conduction:
Welding current, this machine by the worktable carbon on the rotating shaft, intermediate with a soft cable wires connected to the lower frame transmission.
Operating instructions
The motor → belt →1 the worm gear pair→ 2 worm gear pair → mesa. Using ac frequency converter speed regulating speed regulation.
