A.Description
The CNC type welding positioner is mainly used for circumferential welding. Main function is fixing ,tilting and rotating of the workpiece, make it to be in the best position of horizontal or boat-shape etc. for welding. Automatic circumferential welding can be achieved when working with welding machines.

Turn power on,working indicator light is on , touching screen is ready for work.
1.Click the screen and come into the (Master Monitor Display)
2.Parameter Setting
1,(Welding Mode)please choose(Continuous),when welding mode isAuto,make the programm to be automatic,
clickParameter Settingto set parameter.
Parameter setting:
1)Auto speedCan change from 0-5r/min.
(Note: if the speed is too fast, the motor will be lose steps and stop working, speed should be small)
2)Total variable speed ratioIt is fixed in our factory,no need to change.
3)Continuous welding anglecan be arbitrary parameters.Then go to Master Monitor Displayto Welding Modeand please chooseContinuous,then welding angle is setted. Welding positioner will work according to that angle.
4)Under gun time delayis for cylinder dropping time before welding positioner works.
5)Arcing time delayandarc breaking time delayis used for this welding torch arcing time and stop arcing time before and after welding postioner working. (suggest in 1 second)
welding modechoose spot welding,when welding mode to beauto,then change the program to be automatic, click
